I'm sure this was working at some point and I'm not sure when it stopped, but for some reason when selecting Yes for Default to No Access it still requires me to actually enter No for a category to not be viewable for a particular member group. If you go to the new links page I've listed above you'll see new links that guests should not have access to. If you click on the category of the link (which is a sub in this case) it will actually let you in, but if you try going to the main category you won't be let in since I've manually selected the cat to not be guest viewable.

Fixed, or at least it seems to behave correctly in various test scenarios.
