Thank you for offering your revised styles. I had already made some of the changes so I understood why you made them, but I'm curious about the addition of background-color: transparent;. Why did you add that change? What is it's purpose?

I did a couple minor corrections and changes to the default style sheet so that it will validate without errors or warnings.
My intent was to not change the style sheet, but only correct it, so the look and feel should be exactly the same.
