Well, I've been waiting for the daily digest to be emailed to me - and it appears it is now not working at all as I am just not receiving them.
The Weekly digest works and I received that fine - it was sent using the language LANG_EMAIL_DIGESTLINKBODY, while the daily one appears to now use LANG_EMAIL_DIGESTBODY
The daily digest is definitely not working - it's just not being sent out anymore.
I made a new account yesterday and chose weekly digest of all new links to make sure that was working and if so change everybody to that. Guess what - it's not!
I duly got the supposed weekly digest yesterday. I got it again today and it included exactly the same links as I received yesterday.

Somebody else is reporting duplicates for category subscriptions.
I'm going to rewrite the whole digests system with new tables for 5.1, and might be able to backport to 5.0.

Seems to backport easily enough. The rewrite is simpler, so hopefully less prone to bugs... we'll see.
