I was using some old version and now i have just updated to 3.3.4 every thing works great, however i have also uploaded my custom pages and related template files to custom folder but its not working rather it gives this kind of error :
Warning: file_exists(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/home/hostlsc/public_html/templates/defaultcustom/partners.tpl) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/httpd/vhosts/hostonary.com/httpdocs:/tmp) in /home/httpd/vhosts/hostonary.com/httpdocs/start.php on line 156 Error: The file templates/default/custom/custom/partners.tpl does not exist.
Well thease pages used to work great before. I have tried many steps like changing the directory and all but no go, any suggestions to fix it would be appreciated.
hi paulthis custom template problem is solved however i have much more bigger problem now
After upgradation i am not able to login to my admin account. I have tried requesting for password but still not able to login with the new password. And its not even giving any error messeges. Any suggestions how to correct this problem would be highly appreciated.

/home/hostlsc/public_html/templates/defaultcustom/partn ers.tpl
Looks like a slash missing. What's your file upload path listed as in your settings->system?
