Collect email addresses of people who email listings

Is it possible to have it so that when someone sends an email to a listing owner, their email is captured into the database and listed in admin, if and only if they dont untick a box that says subscribe to newsletter?
I would want listing submitters email to go to the same list if they don't untick a box that says subscribe to newsletter.

Could the same opt in tick box be on the submit form too?
Can each email in the list be labelled with where it came from, i.e. listing submission or listing email form?
If so, please go ahead and then bill me as usual.
