All i want to do is center the whole site at 760 pixels. I've tried changing settings in all the main files from admin like: wrapper file, main index and css file but nothing seems to change it!!
Ok, so i tried the css file, which works if i put in a % amount ie: change the 97% to say 50%, but if i change it to 760 like i asked in this post it f$*%s it right up. Maybe i'm not doing something right! Paul as your the creater of this program, the least i would expect is a proper answer instead of "i'd think" which i took as i really should already know the answer.
On another note, if anyone could send me a main index or wrapper file i could look at to get my head around the template system used it might help. It can be sent to spiceworld [at] btclick.com
Why in the world should I be a CSS and HTML expert? I'm a coder, not a web designer... if I were a great web designer I wouldn't have needed to make everything customizable. I do HTML as a matter of course, but consult an HTML help site for HTML help.
Hi Sorry Paul, just my frustration bubbling over. It takes a lot to get my head around a new system sometimes, and tension and stress was at a peek. I already do a lot of HTML but couldn't get this implemented. I think i have now got the hang of it, have a look at www.mrtopsite.co.uk and let me know what you think
Cheers Richard

You probably need to update
wrapper.tpl
main.tpl
and add width="760" into the tables if present. If not, start adding tables around all the code.

Editing the stylesheet to set it for the main div would do it I'd think.
