my question/issue is with the "Format for category rewriting: {CATREWRITEPATH}/{PAGE}.html" my links for categrories are still showing up as mydomain.com/category/subcategory and not mydomain.com/category.html or /category/subcategory.html
I have the Use apache mod_rewrite URL rewriting turned on. It works for member names, as in it will say mydomain.com/members/admin.html but its not working as it should for categories...
any help from anyone is great... ty (this is for wsn links)
Only mydomain.com/category-1.html (where 1 is the id number -- scheme {CATNAME}-{CATID}-{PAGE}.html, or stick {CATREWRITEPATH} in front if desired) is possible right now.
I'll consider whether this format can be supported in the future.
It works for member names, as in it will say mydomain.com/members/admin.html
Actually, without {MEMBERID} in it, that will only work for members who happen to have usernames which are alphanumeric.
