Hi all,

How can I order categories and subcategories?
Let's say I want this order:

Red Widgets
Blue Widgets
Green Widgets

I tried setting the link order to 'time descending' and then inputting categories like this:

Red Widgets[,]Blue Widgets[,]Green Widgets

But this gives other results every time I try it.

What is the correct way to do this?

This was suggested to me by Paul.

Add a new field for example
categoryorder

Then you can place numbers in that field.

Then do your sort order by categoryorder

Best to name the field 'priority' since that's what's used in the other scripts and may end up in WSN Links at some point.
