hello,
i create one category without a description, then a second one with a description, the description is saved as a description of the first category instead of the second one (unless the first category already has it's own).

You might try making the first category a space if possible, from the admin panel (edit categories).
If that doesn't work, you might get it to work by editing your default.lng file. Look for:
, categorydescriptions,
<yoursecondcatdesc>

..and change to: (note the comma below)
