I am getting broken links in admin. I have the lates version of links installed.

The most noticable is /links/templates/default/images/help.gif 3072px X 62976px A tad on the large side. I just unzipped and installed, i havn't touched anything.
Also the menu bullets are missing.
Sorry if this has been mentioned before, i did a search without much luck

They're fine for me. Redownload/reupload the images.
