Why on the submit forms has you added an 'autofocus' attribute to the URL field? My submit forms don't fly down to that part of the form and users don't even get to see the top of the form!
This needs removing, or at least a switch to turn it off.
The URL field does at the top and gets autofocused so that people can just directly type a URL and let the title, description etc be brought in automatically. Putting it somewhere other than the top means submitters waste some effort, and not autofocusing forces mouse use.
I've added a noautofocus tweak to allow you to disable it.
