Attachments not showing

Hi,
I had previously uploaded some listings, they went up fine and they are still up with an attachments link, but I just tried uploading two new listings and the listings are showing, the image is showing, but there is no line for the attachments to be downloaded.
I'm still testing out the software and I'd like to move to fully using it and have some template design and custom css work going, but I need to know what I may have set wrong for it to be showing attachments on some earlier listings and now not on the newest ones.
What happens when you try to attach a file with the "Add Files..." button at www.atarimuseum.com/archive.../edit.php?action=link&id=3 -- does it work or give an error or silently disappear? Are there certain files that always work and certain files that never work, and if so what are the differences between the files?
http://www.atarimuseum.com/archives/test/servertest.php shows your web hosting is configured to reject files larger than 8 megabytes. If the files that failed to upload were larger than 8 megabytes, then you'll need to contact your host to get them to raise the php.ini upload_max_filesize and post_max_size values.
Let me doublecheck, I thought I set my PHP settings for 20mb's but perhaps I didn't do it correctly, I will recheck things and make the necessary changes and retry, I will also try uploading some very small files and just see if they attach or not and make sure everything is correct.
Would like to discuss having some custom template work done, so I will send off a PM regarding, thank you.

www.atarimuseum.com/archive...ink.php?action=detail&id=1 would be one with a working download and www.atarimuseum.com/archive...ink.php?action=detail&id=3 is one without?
