Admin/Edit categories, you get the Bulk Edit screen and it lists the categories.... however it only seems to list 20 categories. There's no page nav or anything... just the 20 rows of categories, when I have probably about 200 categories

Again, this is not the case on a normal install (though it was several versions back).

Odd. I always overwrite the admin sub-dir of the templates dir......
