I've added code to this template to show me the time so that it was easier for me to figure out what my time zone offset should be. Figured I'd let you know and maybe you can make it part of the default template. What would really be nice is if the printed time would change when you change the timezone.
I also noticed that the DST checkbox doesn't stay checked when I submit.
