The problem I mentioned is only partly fixed on beta 5 version. the review link is now working for dollar sign, and & , but not dot.
Its easy to test, make a domain-only title(w/ dot) entry, turn off the switch of 'Combine detail and comments pages', then click 'Comment/Review' link on displaylink page.
I set 'Format for thread rewriting:' to {LINKTITLE}-{LINKID}-Review-{PAGE}.html on admin panel.
Not working (beta 5): MyDimain.com-XX-Review.html
If I remove dot manually, it works.

the problem I reported still havent been fixed on 4.1.0 beta2, a bit disappointed.

It was fixed as soon as I read the post, I believe. Maybe that was after beta 2? Didn't have the chance to test the rewriting one.
