Description	13 and then stops allowing uploads
Message Text	Hello I have created a custom file field and it works fine for the first 13 links I upload to, after that it refuses to attach files to links, no error, just doesnt upload. I figured something must have gone wrong, so I deleted the custom file field, then created a new one. Again, it allowed me to attach files to thirteen links and then failed to upload to any more.
