Description	before completing the data for the additional link
Message Text	Paul, Stablishing a usergroup with a maximum number of links to be submitted, and entering the maximum + 1 link, the warning : "You cannot add any more links, because you have reached the maximum number..." appears after the user has submitted all the data for this new link. I suggest this phrase to appears just after the user clicks the "Submit Link" , but before entering all the data for the new link.
