Can't access categories after upgrading to 4.0.31 |

I've just finished upgrading to 4.0.31 from 4.0.30. When I click on a category link, for instance (I'm using SEO option):
http://www.webdesigngold.com/css-cascading-style-sheets
I get this:
Not found
The requested URL /wsnlinks410/index.php was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
I don't get what this directory (wsnlinks410) is !?
Any idea? All recent upgrades went smoothly except this last one (4.0.31). And I think I've followed the steps mentionned in the readme.html to the point.
