language change after upgrade: WSN Support Forums

Title	language change after upgrade
Message Text	I upgraded from 3.4 to 4.0.28. I chose english-only, but I guess I had multi-language installed before, as things are a bit screwy now. I have Dutch as the default language. When going into the language admin, all the dropdowns are empty, and I don't see anywhere else to switch it. How can I get this switched back to english? Thanks.
