Message Text	Is there a variable to show that there are no "Featured Links" in a category. Something similar to <IF {CATLINKSHERE} is 0>{LANG_SHOWLINKS_EMPTY}</IF> but specificly for the different linktypes. eg: <IF {LINKTYPE} is 0>{LANG_SHOWLINKS_EMPTY}</IF>
