upgrade problem: WSN Support Forums

Title	upgrade problem
Message Text	i upgraded from 2.0.0 to 2.0.1, but there is a problem with the permissions of all the subforums, the top-level forums are ok. the problem is with the "Can submit:" Subforums and Posts permissions, they are messed up
