Title	Require email verification for register?
Message Text	Hi, I thought I saw a setting somewhere that enables email verificataion for registration. I had some bots register and attempt to post links tonight, but can't find how to enable email verification. Can someone kindly point me to it? thank you, D PS. I searched the manual too, but found nothing.
