Can't change date: WSN Support Forums

Title	Can't change date
Message Text	Under Admin > General I am trying to change Date display format and Comments date format to %d %b, %Y but it won't let me. I change the format, click update settings, it tells me it's saved it but it hasn't changed. I have done this before with no problem so am now at a loss. I have attached a debug file rather than paste it into this post in case you don't need it. I have member integration with wsn forum
