in.php error page: WSN Support Forums

Message Text	When I click on the rating link in the email: http://petlicity.com/dir/in.php?id=28 I get this with an error page: http://petlicity.com/dir/www.petlicity.com Anyone seen this problem before? The other question I have is -> can I get people to use this as their reciprical link? If possible then I could track how many hits each linked partner gave me - but would the reciprocal link checker still catch it?
