I've got a category that has an apostrophe and a period in the title. For example, if I use St. Bartholomew's Day as the category name, the link is written as url/17 instead of url/St.-Bartholomew's-Day. I tried using & # 8 2 1 7 ; (sans spaces) for the apostrophe but that didn't affect the url. If I remove the . and ' the url is fine and rewrites as url/St-Bartholomews-Day but then the category name looks incorrect without them. Is there any way to add/include the . and ' characters in the mod rewrite? Or else hardcode the category name to display on the page correctly while the url is written as url/St-Bartholomews-Day? If not, I would really appreciate it if someone would please just respond with a "no" as I'd like to move forward and name the category according to whether it's possible or not.
