I just had a problem on my site that I installed wsnlinks on 6th March - disk
usage jumped up to 500mg!!!! This cause a huge problem as my limit on this site was 500mg.
On checking I found a load of files named core.#### These files were made on 8th March, yet the last time I worked on the site was 7th March - I did not do anything in admin or ftp on the 8th. I downloaded one and tried to look at it in word (too big for notepad) but it is all just code showing symbols, mainly squares.

And, no, I didn't upload them, nor did Dreamweaver sneak them in behind my back.
Any ideas???
[edit] oh, when I deleted them my disk usage went down to 51mg!!! |
