Backing up problem

Title Backing up problem
Message Text Hi when trying to backup my directory in wsn links admin panel I get the following message. Warning: exec() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/url57460/public_html/admin/export.php on line 41 How do I enable it? I have never got this message before... Also am I right when I say, all of wsn links data is stored in the mysql databse and by backing it up I am backing up all links and categories? Thanks in advance...
