Limiting users to their own links: WSN Support Forums

Title	Limiting users to their own links
Message Text	I'm setting up a directory where I will be the only one initially adding all links. I will attach an email address to each link. If the owner of a site signs up to be a paid member, I want him to be be able to edit only those links that have his email address. Then I probably also want to approve each change. Is this built into the system, or does it require a lot of custom coding?
