I think I must be missing something really obvious, but I can't find a way to switch off allowing site visitors to submit a new category and submit new subcategory.
I guess I could edit the templates concerned, but I reckon there is probably an option somewhere to switch 'submit category' off - If I could just find it...
Can someone please point me in the right direction? Please forgive my ingorance if it is somewhere really obvious, but I've looked all over the admin options for it.
