Link submission incomplete

| Message Text | I just found it by accident by trying to submit a test link. I didn't fill out all the fields and got a message telling me about it, but the page was in the old template and it had old custom information on it, which I don't use anymore... I noticed that people were linking weired to me and couldn't understand where they digged up those old banners to link to me 
So, what do I do to fix that? |
