RSS - From Single Category: WSN Support Forums

Title	RSS - From Single Category
Message Text	Hi there, How do I create an RSS feed using just one of my categories? One of my categories is a "news" section that I'd like others to be able to syndicate but the other sections I'd like to keep to my site. What is the process for that? Many thanks, Richard :-)
