Right now, the user doesn't seem to receive an e-mail with registration details.
My suggestion would be to add an e-mail option that when a user registers he gets an e-mail with the options he selected for the site. Mostly this would be kind of a "welcome to our community e-mail". Personally I also use those e-mails to track what sites I've registered to and which user name I used. (most sites seem to do this)
Note:
On this particular e-mail, maybe even the password could be used as a variable?(as the e-mail can be prepared directly after the user has entered the then still unencrypted password) |
