VERY complicated toplist: WSN Support Forums

Title	VERY complicated toplist
Message Text	Is there a way to create a toplist that will pull data from more than one table on the database. I want to create a toplist that will show latest activity on the site, and will show latest listings, latest members, latest edits, latest images in one time ordered list. Even pulling latest forum posts from another script (wsn forum) in the same database. If not possible, can you think of a way to do this? Maybe a feed.
