Message Text	Somehow I feel like the script is ignoring the filters I set for sending out e-mails. It was supposed to send the e-mail to members with more than 0 links, but in the logs I can clearly see that lots of mails have been sent out to members with no links. Then I wanted to send e-mails to link submitters where links have owner id = 0 so I wouldn't contact the same people all over again. There should have been about 300 emails, but it said that only 1 was sent out.
