Title	Enabling or Disabling WYSIWYG Editor
Message Text	Gives this alert: You did not copy the security image correctly, so your submission has been ignored on the assumption that this is an automated submission. You did not complete all of the required fields. You must select a category before submitting. May confuse users. BTW, is there a way to disable this editor by default for anonymous or guest users? Without coding the templates. Thanks Paul for your hard work addressing all this stuff. Really appreciate it. ---gordon
