Title	Upgrade on local problem
Message Text	I managed to upgrade my test site that is online with no problem. However, I am unable to upgrade on my local computer. After whirring around for ages it finally comes up with a box saying doing I want to save or open autoupgrade.php Also, did you manage to tweak the html writing? It still doesn't seem to be working.
