When I the switch for Private messaging system to On in AdminCP>Settings>Switches and then click on the Submit Changes, the page reloads, but the Private messaging system is set to Off again.
When trying to access the Private messaging system through the member area it seems to be off because it tells me I don't have permission and ask for me to log in to use the Private messaging system.
In Manage Usergroups I had Can use: PM system checked for Member and Administrator user groups.
What am I missing to get this feature turned on?
EDIT: Appears regular members have access, but not admin.
EDIT: Problem resolved. I had the option in the admin member section set to not accept PMs. Once I changed that to yes all everything worked as expected. |
