Title	navigation when suggesting cat
Message Text	Am just putting 4.1.0 beta8 on to a new site - very nice! When suggesting a new category at the top level the navigation shows... Spain Today > Top Level > Suggest New Category Can we get rid of the > Top Level which is superfluous and gives an erroneous link.
