I can login to the support area successfully, but I keep getting bounced back to the login screen after about 3 seconds.
I can't download the latest version to update my installs because of the same problem.
Step 1 - I login with e-mail address and password
Step 2 - I am shown a menu with the following links...
"Edit Profile", "E-Mail Support Area", "Activate Forum Username", "Logout"
3 or 4 seconds elapses and I am bounced back to the login screen again.
Step 3 - Go to step 1 
I can post this message (I hope) and that's about it. I can't find the download area and I can't get to my support area. Please HELP!!! |
