Just a suggestion. Some people are doing business directories, and perhaps some listings don't have a url. Is it possible to add map integration, such as google maps, map quest etc.
On the add link page, a section something like this:

enter city
enter state
enter zip
'press button to create mapquest coded url'
[select check box] include mapquest link in listing
