Description	Placing a marquee on the top of a page :
Message Text	A newcomer to WSN Forum and content with it, I would be grateful for help in placing a marquee on the top of selected or all pages, preferably from the admin section. It is intended to use the forum as part of a sports club website, so to be able to highlight results, fixtures and other announcements easily would be helpful. Brendan
