Description	description is submitted twice
Message Text	Example here: http://www.encinavet.com/petgallery/link.php?id=22 admins or memeber that submit a description for their image, get the description posted twice. The strange this is, the information they post is correct, in the box that has the word "description" in it. See attachment for screenshot. Also at the end of the first group of words there is a ">" It seems like the first paragraph is cut off in the first set of words.
