Title	different guest permission for cat
Message Text	Under Manage Usergroups I have guest set so they cannot submit links. In one category I have set it so they CAN submit links but require validation. Unfortunately that category is still not allowing them to submit. http://www.barkery.co.uk/new/index.php?action=displaycat&catid=9&submit=Go
