Message Text adding the below into the rssfeed.php removespecial function fixed alot of my validation errors. 
   $str = str_replace('& # 4 4 ;', "'", $str);
Remove the spaces from & # 4 4 ; (forum chages it) Maybe you could put it in the default so that I don't overwrite on the next upgrade.
