switch set to No but still get the text.: WSN Support Forums

Title	switch set to No but still get the text.
Message Text	even if I've set the comments and WSN code switches to No in the admin, I still get this text below when I view the post comment screens... Click a smilie to insert it into your message. You may also use WSN Codes in your message. When you click the smiley or WSN link, you get a blank pop-up... I think this is a bug....
