Stop Users From Submitting Links: WSN Support Forums

Title	Stop Users From Submitting Links
Message Text	Hi, Even if you turn off the option for users to submit links or categories, there is still something at the top of the page which says : Submit Links Submit Categories Is there anyway to remove this or just stop it from displaying? Thanks Jon
