formemail and form fields |

Hi,
I am playing around with this script now for 1 week and i like it but now i'd like to use the formemail.php for feeback on the site.
My problem is that emails are sent but some fields are missing.
For now i have subject and sender email, but i don't have the message
itself nor the other fields i added.
Could someone help me on this one ?
