Description	Parent Category not totaling subcategory
Message Text	Not sure if this is a bug or maybe I switched something off. However, on the main or index page the parent category is not totaling the links in all subcategories of that parent. V3.13 Server Type: Apache/2.0.52 (Gentoo/Linux) PHP/4.3.10
