Remove the frame on out going links

I was told to look for something that says:
Open links in framese and uncheck it. I can not find it. I have copied and pasted what I have in Switches below.. I do not see this. Any help would be nice.

I just moved that a few days ago because the problem you had with it showed me that it needs to be a less prominent option now that most of the web is https.
I did make a blog entry about it at www.webmastersite.net/blog...on-issues-and-more-79.html and included a mention of it in the release notes that show before you update (and can otherwise be accessed at https://scripts.webmastersite.net/releasenotes103.txt)... although with automated updates this means you may not see it because it updates before you look. Any ideas on the best place to make people aware of changes? I'll add a permanent showing of recent release notes even for fully updated sites on the front page of the admin.

Post it on your forums both Paid & Free at the the top of the list. Make it pinned to the top.
Name it Recent Changes to WSN or Updates to WSN and Date. Whichever.
It would be helpful. It would be the first thing we see when coming for help.
