Tested on your site and it added both my images to your category that I bulk-submitted (I then deleted them). This was in chrome, should I try a specific different browser?
It appears that bulk submit isn't available for guests, only for members -- the page isn't linked to for guests. So I think the issue is that you're not logged in in firefox?
I am logged in as Administrator all the scripts in Firefox as with other browsers.
I just tried to edit an article, put a photo to replace the icon of this article and I have this error: undefined Error Empty file upload result Same on the forum can not attach a file.
I do not understand, just always worked very well until the upgrade to version 8, it is strange that this error occurs only with Firefox.
Okay I went back and found the admin login and see it doesn't work in firefox still. I see firefox is reporting a javascript error on line 74. Tracked down the cause to some files missing from /uploader/js/ and added the missing files.
The missing files weren't required until recently when github 404ed the old URLs and I switched it to a local copy to prevent that happening again. Trying to determine why the upgrade failed to copy the new files over... it copied correctly on your /articles/ version, but not on your /forum/ or /annonces/ or /milannu/... uploaded manually to those too.
There is a small problem for images in the articles, I have a Custom Field (imagearticleattach) to download an image as an icon of article and it no longer works. When I select an image with this field, it is the indicator of "Attach Files" that simulates the download and no image is loaded and under "Attach Files" I have this error appears: Error undefined Empty file upload result I do not know put an icon for a new article.
I tried with a new field (iconepourarticleattach) and it's the same problem, plus I can not delete this custom field.
Sorry to waste your time with this problem. In advance thank you. Cordially. Francis
Okay it looks like custom file fields are incompatible with the alertify notifications switch, because with alertify the post data is sent via AJAX and the files are dropped. The workaround I've come up with is to disable alertify when detecting the presence of a custom file field in a form.
How do you mean an image to the title? I don't see how an image would make sense in a title.
I don't see a problem with custom fields? Edit: Hm do you mean listing attachment fields? Those seem to have a problem because the bulk uploader snatches all files from the form. Not sure if there's a solution for that, investigating.
With the old version (7.xxx) I could with this custom field to add an image when creating or when editing a artcle. This image is displayed above the title in the list of items, I modified the template "Standard Link Bit" for this:
Enclosed 3 captures that show what I said image1: with the image title, I do not know change if necessary since version 8. Image 2: without image title which I would like to add a since version 8. image 3: the edit page of an article showing the custom fields. image4 :this custom firlfd in the database
If it worked with version 7.xxx, it should still be possible with version 8.xxx it seems.
Thank you for trying to find a solution for it to work again. Cordially. Francis
It stopped working because the uploader changed from the old flash uploader to the jquery ui uploader. Found a solution to have the bulk uploader restricted to one field, so listing custom attachment fields work again in 8.0.8 Beta 2 now.

Hello Paul
I just tested with Opera and Konqueror and it works perfectly.
It is only with Firefox (22.0) that does not work, the progress bar does not appear and the picture is not loaded.

Hello Paul
I still can not add an image to the title of an article, custom fields does not work yet.
For example, look to change this page and try to add an image (Image article www.milouchouchou.com/artic...s-du-site-2194-thread.html
I guess you are working on this problem.
